The installation and use process of lightweight wallboard:

1.On the axis where the lightweight wall panel needs to be installed, use the ink line to separate the two thick and wide lines of the partition wall up and down.

2.According to the installation design drawing, cut the lightweight wallboard into the required size specifications. Before cutting, draw lines on the lightweight wallboard, and use a portable electric saw as the tool.

3.Spread a layer of cement mortar on the surface of the place where the lightweight wallboard needs to be installed, spread the cement mortar evenly, and then put the partition wall board on it, fix it and bond it well.

4. Put a piece of cement on one side of the two light-weight wallboards, and a layer of polymer mortar on the other side. Then place the slats on the assembly position, correct the position of the wall panels, and then use a crowbar to pry it firmly so that the polymer mortar on the tenon edge is full from the joints until it is extruded.

5. Hit the wooden wedge to the bottom of the wall panel, and use this method to adjust the vertical and flatness of the wall panel. Use a ruler of more than 2 meters to check whether the correction is good.
