Operating procedures

1. Carefully check the oil circuit, transmission device and hydraulic system of the press sleeve before operation, and start it only when the equipment is intact. 

2. The pressing operator of the pressing machine must cooperate with at least two persons, and single-person operation is prohibited. 3. The flange sleeve and the core must be aligned before pressing the sleeve.

3. Before pressing the sleeve, the flange sleeve and the core must be aligned. 

4. If you need to use an extension rod when pressing the sleeve, you must align the extension rod with the core to prevent people from slipping.

5. When pressing the sleeve, no one is allowed to stand in front of the flange sleeve, only one side of the core is allowed to stand 1.0m away from the core. 

7. After pressing the sleeve, move the core and flange sleeve away from the work area in time.

8. After the operation is completed, turn off the power and organize the scene.
