Principle of Nitrogen Production
The nitrogen generator is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption. S is first compressed by the air compressor to the required pressure and enters the air storage tank, so that the change of air pressure is relatively smoothly relieved to static pressure, and the compressed air is removed from the air storage tank. The large amount of liquid water and oil are then passed through the air treatment system refrigeration dryer to filter and remove the water, oil and dust in the compressed air, turning the raw air into clean and stable compressed air, and then pass the PSA pressure swing adsorption to produce nitrogen Device to produce nitrogen.
Nitrogen generator (nitrogen generator is also called nitrogen generator) uses compressed air as raw material, and uses an adsorbent called carbon molecular sieve to selectively adsorb nitrogen and oxygen to separate nitrogen in the air. In this way, nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase. After a period of time, the molecular sieve can absorb oxygen to a certain extent. Through decompression, the gas adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve is released, and the molecular sieve is also regenerated. This is based on the characteristic that molecular sieve has different adsorption capacity for adsorbed gas under different pressures. Pressure swing adsorption nitrogen production equipment usually uses two parallel adsorbers, alternately performing pressure adsorption and decompression regeneration, and the operating cycle is about 2 minutes.
